RESEARCH INTERESTS
The intersection of promotion and prevention, including motivational orientation (promotion-focus and prevention-focus), behaviors (prosocial and aggression), and ideals (peace promotion and violence prevention); high-power behaviors (privileged helping and bullying); bystander intervention (prosocial recognition and bullying defending); development and evaluation of large-scale prosocial-promoting interventions to improve well-being in schools and organizations using a multi-level and social network evaluation; moral and character development across the lifespan.
