After learning from practice, research, and interactions with people spanning multiple perspectives and disciplines, my paradigm - a pattern of thinking - has shifted over time. I am constantly reflecting on the integration of multiple perspectives, spanning educational, organizational, social, behavioral, developmental, and marketing sciences. In short, I believe we must provide students and adults with the theories and tools to apply contextual humanistic-behaviorism principles in a developmentally-appropriate way across the lifespan while harnessing the unique educational, organizational, and community values and strengths that can improve people and relevant systems to facilitate social change.
